Shipping Methods

Please allow 5-7 days processing time for your order to ship after it's been paid for.

Shipments with USPS Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express  and International are always with delivery confirmation. All orders will be shipped with tracking. It may be more costly, but it's the absolute safest and most secure way to make sure that your item(s) arrive to you. Larger dollar amount orders may also be subject to signature. Extra insurance is always a option as well, but it must be at the buyers request and costs additional. Please ship to a secure location as lost or stolen packages may not be refundable/ replaceable. We can help with the claims process but there is no guarantee that the shipper will reimburse cost of item/shipping.

Please note that orders do not get picked up on Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day and Independence Day.

International shipments may be subject to customs and duty fees levied by their local government and will be the customer’s responsibility.

We are commit to providing detailed descriptions and measurements of our items. Returns

Vintage Items

VKV does not offer returns on vintage, lingerie, or sale items once they have been purchased. Each description on our items are detailed to give an accurate representation of the item. If you have any additional questions about the measurements, please send an email and we'll be happy to assist you. Lastly, be sure to know your measurements as an item not fitting you correctly is never an excuse for an unsatisfied customer.

Non-Vintage Items

  • If you are returning non-vintage items, please send us an email with your order number and the item you want to return.

  • You will be eligible for a refund only if the product arrives back to us within 14 days from the day the order was originally delivered.

  • Unless the item is damaged, you will be responsible for the postage fees to return and $14 dollar restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • Each item returned will need to be in the condition it arrived in ( free from marks, tears, or damage). We inspect each item very closely prior to shippment to ensure you receive a quality product.


DO NOT REFUSE YOUR PACKAGE:Return shipping charges will be deducted if the package cannot be delivered after 3 attempts or the package is refused and returned to us. VKV will NOT resend you the item once it's been returned. Again, WE WILL NOT RESEND YOU THE ITEM ONCE IT'S BEEN RETURNED.It will be put back onto the shop and you can then repurchase if you prefer.
